Our pricing is transparent: a competitive monthly management fee per unit, plus one-time leasing/renewal fees when applicable. There are no hidden charges—vendor invoices are passed through at cost with your pre-approved limits, and you can cancel with written notice per the management agreement.
How do you handle maintenance and emergencies?
Residents submit work orders online or by phone. We triage requests, dispatch vetted vendors, and keep you updated in the portal. For emergencies (e.g., leaks, heat/AC failures), our team is available 24/7 and acts within your approval thresholds to protect the property.

Applicants undergo credit, criminal, eviction, income, and rental history checks against consistent criteria. We market listings across major platforms, use professional photos, and optimize pricing with current comps—helping attract qualified tenants faster and reduce turnover.
